- Inform business process design and implementation strategies for achieving design excellence and technical proficiency.
- Commercial Real Estate property condition assessments and construction monitoring representation.
- Champion and advise to achieve a highly integrated and highly collaborative design team.
- Owner's or Firm design representative. Previous positions held in this consulting role include project director, senior design manager, senior project architect, and senior project manager.
- Advise the Business Practice Leaders of Operations, Quality and Sustainability Teams to effectively forecast staffing levels across the A/E/ID disciplines.
- Advise company leaders in design optimization solutions and design implementation work streams.
- Review and advise oversight of project delivery and fee structure, soft cost estimating, and pricing strategies.
- Advising design management strategies and tools are used effectively to deliver exceptional projects.
- Inform company leaders on business plans, strategies, and methodologies necessary for the development of the firm.
- Develop and advise firm mentoring programs and initiatives around A/E/ID business practices.
- Contribute to pursuits on new project delivery methods such as BIM-enable, metric based integrated project delivery and design-build.
- Peer Review project performance and oversee audits, advising changes as necessary to ensure desired results.
- Peer Review and advise Quality Control & Quality Assurance of contract design documents and procedures.
- Inform innovative project delivery strategies while working closely with the CEO and Management / Core Team on firm initiatives.
- Engage with firmwide Design, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and office leaders on initiatives for growth and talent advancement.
- Advise and inform the use of innovative design technologies to aid in driving efficiency, design excellence and sustainability, and quality.
- Partner with Management / Core Team members to advance and execute strategic initiatives including merger and acquisitions, top line fee capture, client engagement, and recruiting strategies that drive overall firm growth.
- Design Services include: Pre-Design Consultations, Planning, Programming, Master Planning, Concept Design Peer Review, Architectural Design, and Design Implementation.
